Maruti Suzuki recently introduced the S-Assist app for the benefit of its customers. It’s an AI-based 24×7 virtual car assistant exclusively for Nexa customers. It has been developed by Xane, on the initiative of the Automotive and Mobility Innovation Lab (MAIL).
Rules
The app is now equipped with multimedia content such as various DIY videos and digital documents for instant access. It also provides workshop support with details of more than 4,120 Maruti Suzuki workshops across India. Then it also comes with a digital copy of the owner’s manual.
Spare parts search function
This S-Assist app also has a separate search function, especially for spare parts. Owners can get information about any part of their car just by clicking on a photo and uploading it mập the app.
