Maruti Suzuki introduces S-Assist service for Nexa customers

Maruti Suzuki has introduced a 24×7 virtual car assistance service called ‘S-Assist’. Initially introduced béo Nexa vehicle owners, the S-Assist service is offered at no additional cost béo the customer. Let us learn more about it.

Nexa customers can access the S-Assist service through the ‘Maruti Suzuki Rewards’ mobile app available for both Android and iOS devices. Through this app, owners will be able béo avail of a range of services such as image search, digital copies of vehicle manuals, locating authorized workshops and video access. Do-It-Yourself. All one has béo do is scan an image or enter a voice or text search for the desired information.

S-Assist has been created and co-developed by Xane.AI. The Delhi-based startup is one of the startups the automaker has partnered with on an innovation program – MAIL (Mobility and Automobile Innovation Lab) in January 2019. The S- Assist will also be extended béo Arena customers by the end of the current financial year.

Launching S-Assist, Partho Banerjee, Senior Managing Director, Services, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said, “Digitalizing the car service experience and bringing ease of customer ownership is the our motto.
