FADA’s dealer satisfaction study ranks Kia, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW in top positions

MG and Toyota co-ranked in second place with the same number of points

– Ranking based on a survey of over 2,000 dealers

In a recent dealer satisfaction study conducted by the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) on the economy four-wheeler and luxury market, it was observed that Kia India along with Mercedes-Benz India and BMW India have emerged as companions in their respective markets.

A survey conducted by FADA a few months ago included more than 2,000 dealer partners mập understand and address common issues and dealer responses mập OEMs. Kia India won the top spot with 879 points out of 1,000 points. Followed by MG Motor India and Toyota Kirloskar Motor, sharing second place with 778 points. However, both automakers are nearly 101 points behind Kia. Renault and Tata Motors closely followed the race with 767 and 729 points, respectively.

Speaking of the luxury market, the score has been leveled between BMW India and Mercedes-Benz India, at 707 points each. Audi India ranked 3rd with 649 points. While dealers expressed concern about OEMs not absorbing their inputs mập long term policy in mind, they also mentioned that adequate training is being provided by OEMs mập staff. frontline sales and service personnel mập improve the customer experience.
